First and second level Support / Quality Assurance

Your responsibilities:

• First and second level customer telephone support in the area of hardware and software for our products
• Testing of new software versions for the further development of our products (product management), as well as the maintenance and expansion of the product documentation
• Quality assurance tasks in the context of technical project handling
• Configuration and installation of digital information and advertising systems
• Technical project handling up to installation on location at the customer
• Maintenance of the internal company network

IT Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Project Management in the fields of IPTV and Digital Signage
• Central contact person for our customers, our specialized trading partners and their individual departments while the project is being executed
• Support of our colleagues in the Sales Department during the presales phase (assistance in the specification, the preparation of offers and the customer requirement specification)

Our requirements:

• Successfully completed technical education or university degree, alternatively at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant professional environment
• Leadership experience in software projects
• Extensive knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Experience in dealing with customers regarding requirement analyses
• Knowledge/Experience in a programming language similar to C is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (driving licence for category B required)
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent degree of ability to work under pressure and to work in a team

Account Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Professionally competent counselling and support of our commercial clients and partners in specialized trade regarding the field of our software products and the appropriate hardware (PC, AV technology)
• Expansion of the network of specialized trade partners in Germany, to some extent also in Austria and Switzerland
• Responsibility for the implementation of technical matters in bid proposals including the participation in (in-house) exhibitions and events organized by our partners in specialized trade

Our requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in the fields of Digital Signage and IPTV
• Marketing know-how in the B2B field, preferably both in direct and indirect marketing
• Willingness to travel within the country (driving licence for category B required)
• Very good written and spoken command of English
• Winning personality, excellent communication skills and customer focus/orientation
• Willingness to apply oneself, independent and result-oriented work style and excellent team-work ability

PHP Developer

Your responsibilities:

• Continuous further development of our software products in particular in the field of IPTV
• Execution of individual software projects
• Coordination of the product development with the specialist departments of Project Management and Quality Assurance

Our requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of PHP and SQL
• Extensive knowledge of XML
• Command of other programming languages is an advantage (JavaScript, Actionscript etc. )
• Knowledge of CSS is an advantage
• Experience with Ajax and Templates is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good analytic, conceptual and didactic skills
• Independent and result-oriented work style and excellent team-work ability

Linux Developer

Your responsibilities:

• Continuous further development of our software products in the field of Digital Signage and IPTV
• Implementation of individual software projects
• Coordination of the product development with the departments of Project Management and Quality Assurance

Our requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the operating system Linux
• Extensive knowledge in shell programming, shell scripting
• Sound knowledge of the programming languages C# and C++
• Knowledge of hardware-specific programming is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken command of English
• Good analytic, conceptual and didactic skills
• Independent and result-oriented work style and excellent team-work ability
