Both belong to the leading companies of their branch, they are innovative and internationally active. Thus, it is not surprising that the Berlin software company Macnetix and Triax GmbH in Pliezhausen have agreed on a constructive cooperation. Thus, they fully live up to the „X“ at the end of their name – because the X in Macnetix stands for exchange.

While Triax that includes the brand Hirschmann among others, as manufacturer for radio reception technology is among the leading companies of the branch, Macnetix has already been one of the top ten companies in the area of digital communication for ten years. Since recent times, the company from Berlin uses the product assortment of Triax for its modern IPTV-HD (Internet Protocol Television – High Definition). This includes antenna and satellite systems as well as professional head end systems by Triax or Macnetix. These are designed for the head end stations of communal units and are thus especially adequate for the usage in hotels, one the main target groups of Macnetix.

„We produce advanced technology for the reception, processing and distribution of television, radio and data signals. Our products are professional, flexible and future-proof“, emphasizes Matthias Dienst, Manager of Triax GmbH, which belongs to the Triax-groups with main residence in Denmark. The corresponding IP-components for the digital multimedia television are however produced by Macnetix. „We consistently develop our systems, which means you are always up to date. In addition, they are adapted to the individual requirements of our customers“, explains Macnetix-Chef Dirk Wahrheit and continues: „With this cooperation we want to develop new business fields and expand the area of full solutions for IP-TV-units.“ He is sure that both sides will benefit greatly from the cooperation.

Macnetix has been developing intelligent software solutions since 2000 and has its main residence in Berlin.  editIT/playIT, a user friendly software for the control of digital information an advertisement systems that is used for example in hotels and gastronomy has been especially successful. A further innovative Macnetix product is called IPTV, which has its customers mainly in hotels, clinics, and companies. This is digital, multimedia television that is controlled centrally via the computer network and the existing television cabling.

Triax GmbH that belongs to the Danish Triax-group is one of the leading providers of radio reception technology in Germany. As complete service provider the company offers a complete product program under the brands Triax and Hirschmann, reaching from antenna systems over head end system and amplifiers up to set-top-boxes for direct reception. The products are developed in Denmark or Germany and produced nearly exclusively in Europe.
